Are you an expert at conceiving and constructing successful international Facebook campaigns and driving ad optimization? Are you interested in learning how to use a $10,000 weekly Facebook budget to source the best global talent from over 100 countries? Reporting to the CEO, the Facebook Campaign Strategist is responsible for using Facebook ad campaigns to deliver qualified candidates for a variety of Crossover’s roles. As the campaign strategist, you will be responsible for launching and optimizing Facebook ads across the globe. Your objectives will be to ever increase the number of candidates from Facebook, refine Crossover’s tactics to decrease CPC, and become the dominant talent advertiser in our core countries. In this role you will partner with our visual designers to create new campaigns and relentlessly optimize campaigns and ads based on conversion data. You’ll also be working closely with the other arms of our sourcing team -- country-specific and global job board managers and headhunters -- to build a world class recruiting machine.
To thrive in this role, you must be versed in the latest strategies and techniques of Facebook marketing and comfortable pulling the daily levers required to optimize campaigns. You must be a self starter, relentlessly metrics driven, and enjoy consistent optimization and moving quickly.
Total Compensation is US$150,000/year.
Consistently drive qualified global applicant volume to our customers' roles through use of Facebook’s various ad products
Build and implement strategy to “own” Facebook advertising in our target countries: Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey, Russia, India and Pakistan
Work with internal teams to develop new ad copy and images
Learn how to modify Facebook ads to target qualified talent vs. attracting raw candidate volume
Creatively optimize ad cohort, ad copy/image, ad schedule, and ad platform
Methodically find ways to decrease cost per applicant from Facebook
Methodically find ways to increase session to applicant conversion
Manage a global team in a metrics-driven culture
Execute analytical and data-driven approaches to meet new and unique recruiting needs from our clients

Required experience and education
Must have success in optimizing Facebook campaigns
Undergraduate and/or graduate degree from a top global university
Experience working in global talent acquisition or job board space
Highly motivated, metrics-driven, analytical, and detailed oriented
